;Neither are true middleweight Champs. Pavlik just happened to be the guy to ko him. B-Hop won on my books in boring fights which went to JT, Kasseem ouma back him down constantly made JT look like a looser, and JT is the only man in 12 years that got rocked by winky wright. This guy got busted up by WINKY!!! Lets not mention the corey spinks fight. WTF was that? man JT was the fraud! I loved it when Pav KOd him.

cant say weather pavs a fraud. Because I no nothing about him. I been watching JT since his 3rd pro fight and trust me his Best days were behind him before he even got in the ring w B-Hop JT has only got worse after his 10th pro fight. He lost His jab. He does not go to the body anymore forget JT

In case you hadn't noticed: the Mora fight hasn't been signed yet.

And Pavlik did just jump up almost two weight divisions to fight Bernard Hopkins, when he could have picked an easier fight. :hi:

If Pavlik vacates to fight idiots like Rui will be screaming unification. This is an endless circle.

The Pavlik/Taylor rematch was part of the original contract as well. In other words, it was a MANDATORY fight. A lot of these guys on ESB either have very selective memories, or perhaps they don't actually follow boxing.

did you see the rematch. I think Taylor won the rematch, but the decison was given so i cant ***** just hope they meet at at 168 and JT gets redemption. But please dont act like Pavlik is heads above JT. The Hopkins fight and their two fights show us this.

That's why I said Pavlik's alleged 3rd defense will come against Mora, but all signs point in that direction.

And yes, Pavlik did jump 2 weight division to fight a 50 year old Bernard Hopkins. And he promptly got dissected without winning a single round. Maybe that's why Pavlik doesn't want anything to do with Abraham.

Sorry, but I fully supported Taylor's decision to vacate his IBF title in order to face Hopkins again.

Boxing is about facing the best -- and Pavlik has not done so in the middleweight division. Pavlik has, however, faced one of the best at 170 lbs and he got spanked in the process.

Dip ****....do you think JT would have fought Pavlik if Pavlik had not fought TWO WBC Mandatories to make it so??? And even after Pavlik had knocked out his 2nd mandatorie eliminator Edison Miranda on JT's undercard, when JT was asked about Pavlik, he said: "I'll fight whoever gets me the most money, Larry".

    Dip ****.....

I do not think Pavlik is head and shoulders above JT, or anything close to that. In my opinion it is a stylistic issue. Taylor can't handle the kind of constant pressure Pavlik brings. Nazim Richardson recognized that KP is dangerous right up to the last minute probably better than anyone else has to date. Remember after the 10th round? Even though BHop had been using Kelly's head for a speed bag for 10 rounds Richardson was very animated and told Hops "Keep choppin'. An ass whippin' don't mean **** to this guy. Keep choppin'." Therein lies Taylor's problem with Pavlik; he is not mentally or physically capable of handling Pavlik's pressure for 12 rounds. Their rematch turned on the strength of one body shot that did not come until the 11th round. Before that no one was really in charge. I scored the fight 3 times, and came out with 3 different scores. Oddly enough they were the same scores that the 3 judges had.

Is AA now ranked #1 at MW by either the WBC or the WBO, or am I completely missing something.......dip ****.

He's Pavlik's #1 contender by RING MAGAZINE rankings, and if you know anything, which you clearly don't, you would know the RING MAGAZINE can NOT enforce mandatory bouts.......dip ****.

Let's see now -- if you fight the #43 guy, and he lasts 12 rounds, and wins 4 rounds in the process, doesn't that make you something like #42, or #41 at best?:bananamaniac

And do not force me to beak out the banana man again today:nono

horse**** completely, pavlik fought hopkins and taylor rematch outside MW as THEY wanted it he did that and fought in MW too, cant hardly be held against him, cept the nard fight of course cause he would no longer be champ if they fought at their MW limit
