Why can't you admit that the Klitschko brothers would give Ali huge problems?

If you really think that on average big men of the past were better athletes than big men of today... I honestly don't know what to tell you.

Yeah... and that can be said during EVERY generation. However, we aren't talking about the worst of the bunch are we?

Ali is the greatest but in n era of 200-220 lb hw's...logically wlad gives ali all kinds of trouble with his jab and size and vit gives him trouble with his size too

Exactly. However, it isn't just their size.. it is the fact that they are so skilled AND have the size.

it depends what you class as a big man the guys back then who where over 6'2 where mostly in prime shape now we only have guys like the klits and haye turning up in that kind of shape. I would say the top guys now in the best shapoe are quicker but in the majoirty the older gusy where in better shape.

Because most people think how they're told to think.

Ali loses to Vitali, and the new "Steward-ised" Wlad probably beats Ali.

*Looks around to make sure the men in black don't reprogram mind.*

Wlad looked passed the part-time boxer, full time golfer,,,an sanders skills with speed an power made that the wrong move,,,what if fritz cut wlads gloves, as dundee did for ali,,first an for most, it would not be over look as much as you see the ali incedent, an 2nd if wlad got that break that ali got between rounds, i sure that golfer would of took nice beat down by wlad, but just like cooper we will never know,,,,plus this hobby boxer was getting training advice from lenonx lewis, so he was more game then wlad an his fan were lead to believe:hi:

Hell Henry Cooper gave Ali problems for a few rounds.

There are a lot of heavyweights in Boxing History that would give him problems. I don't understand why people get so worked up over this.

A torn rotator cuff can end a career.................I for one am glad Vitali quit to fight another day. He ended up winning the WBC Heavyweight Championship & the Ring magazine belt along with it. He's also the only former champion IN HISTORY to reclaim his old belt after 4 years retired with no tune up. He's also one half of the first Heavyweight brothers in history to own portions of the HW title at the same time.

How do you like them apples? Pretty sweet huh?!

................and just think, you were around to see it all happen, you'll appreciate it later in life, I assure you.

It's that legendary stuff about Ali being "the greatest" that gets in the way of their common sense. Ali was fast, agile, had great defense & good power but undersized, and he fought very sporadically taking much of the round off. That would be suicide vs. good punchers with accuracy.

ali undersized maybe not just becuase half the heavyweights now are fat it doesn't make ali undersized.
