he's almost done. and pac wont waste his last 2 fights with someone whom class c bobby pac made a wobble doll. :good
He looked pretty good to me in his last fight. He was just in there against a real dirty fighter but he looked alive, he still had that fire in him... Id say Soto has a good 3 years left in him before he really slows down.. Dont sleep on in this killer cuz he's a true dark horse around here... Pac has been avoiding him for a good reason.. It's a perfect fight with a good story behind it... Soto beats Bobby Pac and the big bro comes for revenge.. He just needs the chance..
soto ranks there as a darkhorse. bad tune up for pacs legacy though. pac wont gain anything. pac is looking for big payday and that would be jmm and floyd. soto's chance is little too late. thats a wasted talent if he ended up fighting class b and c fighters. he'll give pac problems. too bad we wont see it.
Big Soto fan here! I always thought Soto had a good chance to beat Pac. He has the chin, power, and reach to trouble Pac.
Soto is an extremely dangerous fighter against anyone who will trade with him. He KTFO out Bobby and Pac still pretends he doesn't know his name, if that tells you anything.
That alone would sell the fight. Its a Mexican who beat up Mannys lil brother. Pac vs any mexican fighter will sell well. Specially one who beat up his brother. Also Arum was supposed to have matched up David Diaz-Humberto Soto before Pac was supposed to fight Diaz. If Soto had fought Diaz and beat him he would have had the 135lb title plus all the other things to fuel up a fight between them so business wise this still would have been much better than Diaz-Pac but Arum knew there was too much risk in fighting Soto so he called off the Soto-Diaz fight.
Humberto Soto has a long way to go before he becomes a viable option for the P4P #1. Humberto is a great fighter but right now Manny is looking at bigger and better opponents (Hatton, JMM 3 and Cotto).
