soto got the skills to be dominant for a long time at super feather. the only thing he needs now is the resume. too bad everyone in sfw jumped ship. quote me, no one, not gamboa, linares, guerrero or any other contenders can hang with this dude. he'll own that belt until he moves up or retires.

You know very well that Soto was played around like a rag doll by Guzman?

And yet you all pretend like he would be the only one to beat Pac and that he is being ****in' avoided like a plague by Pac's handlers? Well, he was supposed to be Pac's opponent before Dela Hoya offered Pac's a fight.

I like Soto but him being a Kryptonite to Pac? Get a reality grip. You are hyping him too much.

Both Casa and JDiaz could have beaten Pacs past 10 oponents besides JMM

If Manny had to go through everyone that beat his little brother, well...

beating Bobby Pacquiao doesn't mean ****.

    I love Humberto Soto though.

But did Diaz beat Casa? Different fight different styles Casa would ruin Diaz and so would every top 5 lightweight.

Guzman ran all night long, and absolutely avoided any contact. I don't blame him, I would too. Pac won't do that though, Pac will fight him. Goddam shame we'll never see that fight. Pac's handlers seem absolutely committed to the 'big name, oooooold game' strategy, and we won't see him fighting today's fighters, just yesterday's. I'm suprised he's fighting Hatton tbh, but who else was he going to fight? The only other big name retired fighter is Mayweather and he couldn't get him, so if he doesn't fight Hatton he has to fight JMM again or a younger guy. Hatton is the easiest option going.

Re Soto v. Guerrero, Linares or Gamboa... Soto would smash the Ghost and double smash Gamboa. Who knows about Linares... that dude could be super dangerous but we haven't seen him in yet against top competition.

Pacquiao was open to a match up with Soto and even mentioned it in an interview. And if I'm not mistaken, he was scheduled to defend his title against Soto (since valero was not sanctioned by Nevada) that was until Pac got a fight against DLH and Soto lost via DQ.
