According to reports, HBO wanted Judah vs. Berto but Berto's people are about to close the deal on Berto vs. Urango.

Which fight is best and can Urango a big 140 pounder defeat Berto?

Style wise i would love to see Urango vs Berto. Both are power punchers so someone is gonna get knockout. Judah is a bigger name since he has been in the ring with the likes of cotto-mayweather-tszyu etc but i think berto vs urango would be a better fight.

    I vote Berto Vs. Judah.
If Judah can win, then great win, Welcome back.
If Berto can can win, See ya Judah, That was your last chance.

Thats what i would choose.Good mesh of styles.
Judah's a bigger name because he's obviously won a lifetimes supply of big fights in some weird competition somewhere.

I would be really dissapointed if berto fought urango.. Urango brings absolutely nothing to the table and can't present any kind of challenge to Berto IMo.. I put Urango in the same category as David Diaz, ponce Deleon, a poor man's Giovanni Segura... He isn't a worldbeater..

I would rather see Berto/Zudah.... Berto seem to be open for the uppercut and i wanna see how he handles Judah's mid range left uppercut..

    Berto/Zudah would be cool.

He gets big fights because he'll fight anyone. He's always dangerous. And if you allow him to, he'll take you out.

Pampered? Judah takes whatever money you throw at the ****er. If anything Berto is being pampered fighting all these ridiculous acid tests. I want to see him in there with Quintana. If Berto wins, it's a good win and a step up in class. If he loses, then it might give the possibility of Williams becoming part of the WW picture because of the fact that Quintana WANTS a third match with Paul...this fight needs to happen. **** Urango and Judah match-ups.

If I had to pick. I pick Judah. I want to see how he does with someone with matching to possibly quicker handspeed.

    I pick Urango.

I disagree that Judah is a natural welter that should get the shot over Urango. Judah can still fight at 140. Just fought at 144 I believe and has said he wants to move back down to 140. And Urango is a big jr welter.

Stylewise, Urango will make a better fight. They will both be in front of each other banging.

Judah has had plenty of shots. Lets get some new blood in there.

I guess this is what happens when you have so many damn belts: a choice between a guy that lost his last meaningful fight and a guy from another weight.

Just because I think Zab should have a meaningful win before his next title shot, I'll go with Urango.

Damn this sport is frustrating sometimes.

I think Urango can upset Berto, catch him and just knock him the hell out. Plus, Berto's never had to deal with Urango's kind of pressure before. I don't think Judah could beat Berto under any circumstances. Thus, I think Urango is the better fight.

For Berto's legacy Judah. For boxing itself and the 147 pound division - Urango.

Neither... People for some odd reason just want to see these two fight... it doesnt make any sense though... Urango is in a deep division and Berto is too so they have plenty of competition in their own class..
