Tucked in chin sneaky lead right to clinch to punching in the clinch is how i see Hopkins fighting and possibly eaking out a ugly win.

If he trades he make look good for a while but Adamek is not scared of unloading his own combo while you are throwing punches.I cant see Hopkins hurting Adamek and should be interesting to see if Tomasz can really rock BHOP.

Only Polish fans should be delusional enough to see Adamek taking this one. He's a boring robot, very similar to the Klit sisters.

Dont really know where the americans get this "robot thing" from!? So far the Klits, Kessler and now Adamek.. Maybe it have something to do with the Terminator movies!:think Swarzenegger is euro too, and we very rarely see a black robot on film.. maybe thats the reason:thumbsup

Van Damme and Drago warned them in the early 90's it was comming.

I really think they mean that throwing 15 single punches per round, faking low blows, throwing intentional headbutts, clinching to epic proportions is there idea of a "PARTAY"!!!:party

I picked Hopkins to beat Trinidad. I was astonished that some made Tito the favourite.

I picked him to beat Tarver. I was aware that a good case could be made for Tarver and that Bernard was the underdog there.

I picked him to upset Pavlik.

IF he were to beat Adamek, it would clearly be his best victory, all things considered.

But at this point, I can't see him pulling it off.

    Adamek is not Pavlik.

I think he should think carefully before taking this one.

I'd rather see him fight Dawson.

I don't consider Kessler a robot. Wlad's the worst robot because he is so afraid to get hit.

The robot methaphor comes from the lack of emotion from the four fighters that you mentioned. It's all business with these guys. They're great fighters and, for some strange reason, some of the people on this forum can't handle that.

Good fighters are ultimately good for the sport. Americans are the only audience who feel that trash talking is an integral part of boxing. It's immature mentality. This is why boxing is so unpopular in the states. The great fighters today don't subscribe to that kind of presentation.

You're saying this because you know i'm right in this scenario.

At least the "robot" fighters have some nuts...they don't make a living off of fighting smaller fighters moving up in weight. That is why this thread is a joke and the Adamek fight will probably never happen. The only time in his career that B-hop has ever moved up in weight to fight a larger man is when he fought an over the hill Antonio Tarver. Tarver was coming off of victories against Elvis Muriqi and Clinton Woods...wow, what a beast!!

If he actually moved up in weight, he would actually be fighting an active fighter with a good chin and heavy hands that has fought, and knocked out 2 out of his last three opponents. Not to mention, he would have to fight him at a weight above 190.

When the Pavlik/Hopkins fight was made, I predicted the upset and didn't really see any way that the ghost could win this fight.

If the Adamek/hop fight is actually made, I am predicting a mid to late rounds stoppage for the powerful Pole!!

The only way B-hop wins this fight is if 1)Adamek suffers an injury or 2) B-hop turns this fight into a stinker and dances with him all night.

At cruiserweight, there is no way B-hop will be as effective.

    Keep dreamin', slap-nuts!!
