Nobody hates him, most people like watching him fight. It's just that he struggled mightily against Forbes and Collazo, which should be nigh impossible for a guy with his physical ability and people want to see him step up in class.

 

I like Berto, he comes to fight. I don't blame his handlers for matching him like that. He should rematch Collazo. Luis brings way more money than Urango. Or might as well go for the gusto and challenge SSM!

 

He's a new guy with some hype and high expectations... I think I many people's eyes, he doesn't live up to the hype and still has to prove himself in a deep, deep division. Same thing other young guys went through; Taylor, Dawson, etc.

berto should move down to lww and compete with the big guns in that division. right now, the big fights at welter are all wrong for him. yeah he's a titlist, but he's smaller and isnt ready for the cottos, moselys or as we all saw, the collazos just yet.
