taylor is garbage. i like him to but he is over rated. i gave him both hopkins fight by the skin of his teeth. wright got jobbed. he didnt throw more than 24 punches a round when he fought spinks. than he loses to pavlik and loses the rematch (which some delusional fans think he won)

taylor is over rated until proven otherwise.

If Taylor is garbage, then what does that make Vargas? You want to say that Wright got jobbed against Taylor, but fail to mention that Wright soundly defeated Vargas and won 8 rounds easily.

And speaking of Vargas, nothing like being a fan of a fighter who used steroids to face Oscar... and still got the **** kicked out of him. Move along.

Please stop talking. You're making yourself look awful.

I am huge Wright fan as well. I saw the fight. I had it 6-6 like many other people out there. I had no problem with either man winning.

Also Vargas was given steroids orally from a trainer who did not tell him what they were. Did you know Vargas drove to 3 hospitals post fight to get his **** test in? He wouldn't have bothered if he had something to hide. Not to mention the roids he was taking, if I am correct, were not going to help him in a fight wehre stamina is key.

LMAO at the notion that Vargas didn't know that he was taking steroids. Man, you Vargas fans are more gullible than I thought. Vargas was exposed by Wright long ago, and his beatdown courtesy of Tito is a lovely sight to behold indeed.

Knowing that he couldn't compete against the elite fighters, Vargas had to resort to juicing. And the funny part is... he still got his ass beat even when he was juiced up on god knows what.

Stanzanol. Do your homework "this potent oral cutting agent is capable of adding high quality lean muscle mass"

He could have easily be led a stray. Only an ignorant person would say he was not.

Yeah, I heard Shane Mosley, Roger Clemens, and Alex Rodriguez using the same excuse.

Man, it seems all these athletes were all led astray. Sure must be some serious corrupting forces in sports to be secretly conspiring to juice up these athletes. Vargas is the perfect example of the timeless adage: Cheaters never win.

Yeah, Vargas sounds like a stand-up citizen.

Never mind the fact that he has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon as well as being notorious for attacking his opponents at the weigh-in.

Oh, Fernando, what a Good Samaritan he is!

Taylor did get a lot of **** for his first 3 defenses. But he has fought better competition than Pavlik.

I hate to get into this arguement, but Pavlik does need to step it up. Fighting bums is not gonna improve his skills. It's a shame that he is fighting the caliber of fighters he is facing now. Vernon Forrest wiped the floor with More at Junior-Middleweight. How in hell does he get to fight for the Middleweight title. It's like his promoters aren't even trying to give him a competitive fight.
I'd rather see him beat up on John Duddy or Peter Quillen than a bum like Mora. At least they will go out on his shield. Fighting Mora is a travesty, and I think Sergio is gonna make Kelly look bad in the fight. I have a feeling Pavlik won't be able to knock him out.

In terms of how he fought he was a professional. He'd rather go out on his shield than ***** out.

This argument has nothing to do with Pavlik/Taylor anyway. You're attacking my credibility and argument because I like one fighter.

    Moron

P.S. Get off Taylor's nuts. He is all HYPE

Taylor has a win over the pound-for-pound best fighter on the planet at that time. Vargas lost every big fight he has ever been in, even when he tried to cheat his way to a victory.

And you have no credibility to begin with if you think Vargas was duped into taking steroids... Yeah, that's exactly what A-Rod and Mosley said too.

    Move along.
