C'mon Bazooka....you really think they juss picked Tony...I really dont think they juss picked on him cuz he's mexican...The bottom line is something illegal was in the glove...something that wasn't supposed to be there...

The CSAC has maintained all along that it was an illegal substance.

They never declared that it was not plaster of paris.

I think what happend was Nazim made a claim, the commissions had signed off on one of the "Illegal wraps" the issue got so out of control the commission was forced to address it in this manner and basicly save face.

Which is what they did, However you dont just say this kid had an illegal substance in his hand wraps and suspend him with out proof, if he had an illegal substance you dont say the results will be back in mid march then turn around and avoid releasing this information to the public.

you just dont, one of two things happend, it was illegal or it wasnt, the actions today by the CSAC show that they are hiding something, perhaps what they are hiding is the fact that they did illegally ban this man from the sport, the test from the labs have probably put the commission in a very un comfortable position as they have based their case soley on the word of the Team Mosley

Not releasing lab results??? Sounds like a coverup is a real possibility here. I'm on ESB a lot and there's hardly any talk of this current information and it surprises/angers me. I've not read this whole thread, just found out today. Am I correct in assuming that no information will be available as to what they found or didn't find in the wraps? If this is the case I am outraged, and all other boxing fans should be too. I've been a big fan of Marg. and I want to know the truth, good or bad. All us boxing fans must demand that the lab results be made public for the sake of everyone involved here, as well as for the future of boxing not being a sideshow..

They didn't suspend Margie without proof....they have the proof...they state all along that the hand wraps contained an illegal substance.
They are not obligated by law to make us cognizant of the specifics.

They were going to share with us,,,however something changed that....
Some one in an earlier post I think hit it on the head...they said what if
Margie's camp implored them to not disclose the findings, so that they ( Margie's camp ) may save face.
    That theory sounds more plausible.

You're right....they never hardened as a cast.....however, they did harden as wet and that combo ( illegal substance + sweat ) that is what provides that brick feel when hit.

The prosecutor was privy to all evidence ....she was going for some jail time for Margie.
You don't throw someone in jail for bad technique in hand wrapping.

Margie crossed a legal boundary....he used illegal substance in his wraps!!!

Damn, are you trying to ignore facts...Lets put it like this...What Margorito did was against the rules of the CSAC since you're acting like you dont know what ILLEGAL means.

How the hell am I ignoring facts, when the facts havent even been presented at this point? all we have is the word of tha half brained trainer Nazim, even Mosleys story is different from that.

The results never made it back from the lab, I know what Illegal means, however in order to say something is illegal you have to know what that is
