Why? Cintron stinks against slicksters but he's decent against fellow sluggers.. And Angulo is no Margarito...
man i used to rate cintron but the guy above it right, he will always fail if put under enough pressure, he cant fight on the inside and he might have a decent chin, but he really doesnt like being punched angulo would work him over and stop him but kermit always has a punchers chance

Good. Lets see angulo beat on cintron since all cintron is good at is crying. Thats messed up but its kinda funny
cintron pretty much lost his ability to pull the trigger after his first career loss...the brutal mugging by margarito in 2005. weather or not margo cheated, loaded his wraps or whatever is not the issue. the point is cintron only showed his previous vicious power ans stalking capabilities, after that point, against b-level or worse opposition...such as in the fight with walter mathysse. he has been a bore to watch in fights at the world championship level for years now. he said after he lost handily to--ahem, drew with--sergio martinez that he would not fight at 154 again. i think this was smart. he couldn't throw any fire at top-shelf guys anyway and his power clearly doesn't carry to junior middle, so why the heck would he want to go back into the mix at 154 against a guy who basically seems to me like a sturdier, fresher, physically stronger version of himself. unless i am grossly miscalculating something here, cintron is digging his own grave on this one in a frantic effort to get back on hbo to wash away the sour taste left in the public's mouth from watching him get ko'd while trailing by a bit in the 7th, then lose the rest of the fight (save maybe one round) and end up getting a draw from the judges.
I like Cintron but his recent acts are just shameful. I think this would be a good fight while it lasts. A real tester for both fighters. Testing Angulo chin and a step up in class imo. Also testing Cintron against a decent opponent at light middle to see if he can go anything there.
It will definately be a test of will here... Angulo's chin vs Cintron's heart against a presure fighter. I'll watch this one!
