Whom would YOU want Lucian Bute to face in summer, from the ones that are available??

Zuniga has always been extremely overhyped. Mainly by Kelly Pavlik fans who want to sort of boost up his stock.

It's why people still talk about Grady Brewer as if he's a relevant name in any division in boxing.

 

Brinkley, Miranda and Ward are all listed because it's a ****ing tune up for Andrade II. They're not going to roll out the red carpet for guys like Froch, Taylor and Kessler (who he was supposed to fight til Mads Larsen raped that idea) when they're locked in on Andrade 2 around Sept/Oct time.

As per Bute stepping up, he's had 24 fights. In his last five fights he's faced off with Bika, Andrade, Berrio, Zuniga and William Joppy.

Joppy was a terrible mismatch but oh well. Shitty fight I can't condone.

Berrio was for the IBO Super Middleweight title and Berrio was coming off a win over Stieglitz and Yusaf Mack. A quality fight.

Bika is a crafty tough veteran fighter who makes for a rough night for anyone. A good fight for Bute who was trying to take a step up.

Andrade goes without definition obviously. Tremendous fight.

Zuniga was like the 8th option at that point and he was still a decent fighter. Extremely overhyped but still decent.

So in his last five fights, He's faced two good-great SMW, two decent fighters and an epic mismatch. I fail to see where he isn't "stepping up".

He's also going to fight Andrade again...his only skeleton in the closet.

 

I do not want to spend much time on it, but can you imagine what Pavlik/Bika might look like? Put up a steel cage and call Dana White, cuz that **** would be brutal:yikes

 

I think if Dana White was interested in any Bika fight, It'd be Bika vs Hopkins.

Elbows, forearms and headbutts aplenty.

The last round of the fight essentially, you're correct. Green had that 1000 yard stare in his eyes as he held on to Miranda's pants.

 

He actually took Miranda's trunks off in an attempt to reverse the **** but sadly it was to little,too late...

 

Hopkins?? I said Pavlik! BHop would just box Bika stupid. Pavlik, given his mentality, might go right into the back alley with Bika.
