Julio definatly, as long as he doesen't try and box like in the last fight. Cintron would be looking for a way out after taking early bombs and i can't imagine him getting much crowd support either. I don't think he has ever looked impressive against a decent operator and Julio would stop him mid rounds.
Julio mainly because he's a bit bigger puncher and Kermit might revert to his crybaby tactics and find a way out.

I don't see Julio as a power puncher. That is what we were sold. Cintron could beat him. Martinez was too tough and wrong style for Cintron. He is a crybaby, but I believe he would beat Julio.
