The hate on this forum for the young prospects in boxing are ridiculous.. the haters just loves to come out in full force,ready to bash a young fighter every time they lost.. They say things like EXPOSED, BUM, etc... What if there is already an ESB forum the 1st time PAC got koed?

Warren fighters are usually overprotected and Khan, with his lack of punch resistance, is likely to be more overprotected than most. He is a cash cow for warren because of his celebrity status (which his community project encourages (if he wants to help kids who have gone of the rails why does he have to make a TV show out of it),) and we are all going to have to watch him fight carefully selected opponents to glorify his status and make him and warren rich. If we don't like it, we're tarred with the same brush as KKK members. It's a ****ing joke. There seems to be absolutely no way of convincing people that being anything less than a Khan nuthugger could be motivated by anything other than racism. I'm ****ing sick of hearing all this political luvvie shite already and we probably have either a few more years of it or a few Khan KTFO's before boxing forums can return to talking about boxing.
That may well be true. I had an open mind about him at the start, when he had that great fight with Gomez I was ready to start liking him because he fights back when tagged, I decided I don't like him when he wanted ppv money for Presscott and this increased with the Barrera fight being ppv. I think it's taking the ****, the kid hasn't fought anybody at home and I really disapprove of Warren's method of putting his prospects in with lower weight class boxers and old men. That's why I never took to Ricky Hatton. That and Khan's gob as well, he comes across as not respecting anybody, even when he's saying that he does.
Yeah thats unfortuneate. Some people hope that Khan, Gamboa, Lara and most other top prospects lose that way thay can start calling them bums and such. Gamboa hasnt even lost and he being called a bum.
The racist line is complete bollocks. Just look at the stick Calzaghe and Froch get on here and you can't get a paler complexion than those two. The truth is that if you're going to act in a cocky and arrogant manner you will naturally turn a lot of people against you. What makes it 100 times worse is if you can't substantiate your boasts. This is Khan's major issue and why he is disliked by so many on here.

to be honest, khan bothered me back in around 2007 with the massive hype he had, and was delighted to see him KO'ed by presscot. but after getting whacked out and humbled in embarassing fashion, i've taken a slight liking towards the kid. where feelings of disgust were, now lies apathy. i'm no fan of khan, but he does have some impressive attributes as a fighter which can't be denied. also, say what you will about him, at least he's still trying to further his career after getting mugged by pressot. the social work he does is some what admirable as well. at least tries to bring a positive force in the community. with that said, i still think his chin is the worst of the current crop right now. another brutal KO loss is to be expected. his chin is just plain bad.
I don't think anyone 'hates' Khan. He was exposed as what many of us knew he was: A Glass Jawed over hyped fraud. Khan is going nowhere in Boxing. His has perhaps the worst Chin in the sport today.

Do you even bother to read the comments sections on youtube. Race is clearly a factor as well as others. Obviously nobody is going to come onto ESB and write something racist towards khan but they will on video sharing websites.
Why does he show so much disrespect to the top British fighters, WHY SWERVE THEM, they deserve a shot. dont go round saying your the best fighter when you cant clean up your domestic division, its nothing about the colour of is skin. Amir has the right tools good hand speed not a bad boxing brain, but all world champions have, wait for it, A GOOD CHIN. But apart from that i wish him all the best.
