According to Arena's CEO Öner, WBC officials have measured the squared circle and, believe it or not, it's actually 4 feet too small compared to the allowed minimum which is about 18 square feet...plus the lowest rope, measured from the ground of the ring, hangs just 12 inch high when the rules state that it has actually be 2'12"... ...interesting...
Nah, they should be able to fix it. They are gonna jeopardize a fight over the size of a ring. That is just stupid to me.
I was like thinking: wtf?! 14 square feet? Reminded me of Ali's call to fight in a phone booth but this time, the fight would actually have to happen in a phone booth...
****, Vitali is a ****ing sadist to want a ring that small. Im kinda pissed but kinda impressed at the same time.
Extra side-notice: WBC vicepresident Edmund Lipinski (Russia) suffered a stroke at the Hilton hotel in Stuttgart (Klitschko also resides here) and later died in hospital...my condolences... ...but who will now oversee the fight? Jose Sulaiman?
