    Ellerbe denies Floyd's return to the ring in the Grand Rapids Press. This is the same newspaper that recently caught up with Greenburg from HBO who stated that Team Mayweather had contacted them regarding the July 11th date. Not only that, but throw in the fact that PBF's grandmother says he's returning and we have a full fledged he said she said thing going on.

    We may have to wait longer Floyd fans.

    ellerbe is a **** in a frock. he has got 1 of those faces that i could easily detonate a nuke on! i hate the guy! probably as much as i hate kellerman. did you see in the de la hoya fight in betwen rounds, i cant really explain it in words but he looks like he cant wait to bum fuk floyd.

    You can't belief a comeback rumour until it is confirmed by the fighter himself.

    Is Ellerbe an intimate source? Can we rely on his closeness to Mayweather? Does he have his hand on Mayweather's pulse? I'm not sure if he's penetrated Floyd's intimate circle quite deeply enough to have this kind of inside scoop.

    You get thread titles with his name in them forwarded to your cell or some ****?

    I still think he's coming back.

    i post in every kind of thread,youre the one that seem a little desperate for a floyd comeback.

    i dont know how long youve been following boxing,but you shouldnt believe in every little rumour specially about comebacks.

    we have been hearing about a Hamed comeback for the last five years ffs.

    i only believe Floyd is back when he signs to fight someone till then hes retired and im rooting for him to stay that way.

    Hamed was never reported to be speaking with the head of HBO regarding a date. That was crackpot illusions from the other side of the pond.

    And yes, I would love for Floyd to come out of retirement to shut pundits like you up.

    Is he behind Floyd though? He felt beneath Mayweather it seemed. Perhaps Floyd left a bitter taste in his mouth.

    ESPN usually doesn't release **** unless they're certain. But on the other hand you have Ellerbe and insider saying no. Maybe they want to keep it hush hush and announce it when they're ready and have an opponent.
