Listen, just have respect for others. That is all I am talking about. I am not going to search for links, but I remember your Avatar name and one poster claimed "does anyone listen to anything you say". Two pages down, another poster backed you up and stated that he indeed listens. Everyone has their own opinions. I have to think back and then I get interupted due to life over here to get back with more informative info. Camacho I know. If we were to be standing in front of each other. It would be a very good converstion piece for both. I hope you take my word for what I just posted. Your kind of belittleing me with your rebutts and I will try to answer all your rebutts, but with respect. Sweet Science has yet to fall into how you are responding. Others would attack you with name calling or you don't know boxing.

I have never heard such a crock of **** in all my life!!! My "avatar name"? WTF? Best start performing mate. Does anyone listen to anything i say??? WTF?

The more you speak the worse it gets!

What i am doing is shooting from the hip, and you show total disdain avoiding questions and making false accusations. You think YOU know Camacho? You only take one side.

SS is a gentleman and very very patient ;)

You are far too used to general, whcih just might be the problem

    :good

JohnThomas1, I am going to go ahead and apologize for what I said earlier. If I was not sure or even if I was, it is a low blow. It is like parents say, if you do not have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. I know the Avatar most definitely had Thomas in the title and my punishment was spending over an hour looking for the stupid post that does exist, but it was not you. I could have emailed you in private, but since I already posted the alligation, I want to all to see. I'm hard headed and someday I will find. ****, I have been in law enforcement for over 17 years and I always find what I am looking for.

    Peace Mate.

The reason why I have Camacho ranked in the Top 75 of ATG is because of the way he dominated his opponets pre-Rosario and sometimes after Rosario. He beat Bazooka Limon worse than anyone(though Limon was kind of shot), he dominated Ramirez like no else until Whtaker in the rematch. He also beat Vinny Paz very impressively and Haugan the second time too. He put on some virtuoso performances against good opposition, much like the Roy Joneses and Mayweather's even though he wasn't as good as them. He had similar talent and you could sometimes see it. Him and Chavez pretty much avoided each other during their time at 130 pounds. When they met in 92 Hector wasn't the same Hector from 1985. Him and Chavez at 130 is a 50/50 fight that's how talented Camacho was.

    Mancini also thoroughly dominated Ramirez.

This would definitely be a match-up for the boxing purists. Both excellent boxers, fast (though camacho a tad faster) and slick (though whitaker a tad slicker). They were also defensive specialist who fustrated the hell out of their opponents and left them swinging at air. The early version of camacho presents a big problem for whitaker because boxers generally trouble other boxers, but I think that "sweet pea" pulls out a close decision over the "macho man". I just feel that he was the better ring general and was more patient than camacho.

Hey no worries whatsoever mate. Can't say i didn't spur you on, just a little lol.

Actually i think you could find a post saying nobody listens to me etc etc. You will something similar or exactly the way you remember by none other than our infamous and eminently self embarrassing "redrooster". You probably also saw me showing "disrespect" to him, but roosters the village idiot and yearns for such attention. He has an obsessive compulsive disorder by the way of Sugar Ray Leonard.

That is how I saw it. I posted earlier that Camacho was being avoided and that was actually Chacon. Limon was not shot. He had a lot of losses and got better as he aged and took on some good fights with Chacon. Actually, Limon loss to Chacon prior to fighting Camacho for the vacant belt. Chavez vs Camacho would have been a great fight at 130. By the way I was there live at the Paz vs Camacho fight in Atlantic City. It was great and my first ever time I have gone to a live fight.
