I pick haye! just to fast and his reflex are enough to slip that big right but slow hand of vitali! people have to see that there are not manny guys who can give vitali relly problems! But haye can!
Is Gomez style the same as Haye? Damn does anybody think before they post a thread? Haye didn't look good at all in his last fight vs Barrett. Barrett lands shots on Haye that buckle Haye and Barrett even knockdown Haye from a punch but the ******ed Pay Ref didn't call it a knockdown.
Im going for Haye. Gomez managed to get into range tonight with relative ease which was my main worry for a propsed Haye vs Vitali fight, the problem was that Gomez was ineffective when he did manage to get in, I think Haye's explosiveness will be the factor.
Could Haye have withstood the shots that Vitali landed on Gomez? I doubt it. Vitali looked mediocre tonight but I still think he's too big, strong, and durable for the fragile Haye.
Vitali would murder haye if the brit is aggressive or it would be a slow death if he tried to counter. Vitali is so heavyhanded, he doesn't even need to land clean to do damage. Haye hasn't fought 1 credible Hw yet and i refuse to give him any benefit of the doubt til he proves otherwise. I would like to see how well he does against a durable defensive southpaw like sultan, thompson or gomez.
I think Chin would play a really big factor in this fight. Haye can't really take a CW punch, let alone a punch by a guy with 97% ko ratio. Haye is fast and I think he will try to outhussle the big Ukranian, but Vitali is to smart and has a great chin and good power. I think if he fights like he did vs JMM/Barret I think Vitali will KO him in about the 5th round.
Haye's style is different from JCG, What makes this fight interesting and intriguing is that both Klitschko's know he has fast hands that carry heavyweight KO power. However, his chin will get checked at some point and we most probably will see a KO whoever wins.
Oh and I think the Haye camp would also ensure a big ring would be in place to fight Vitali, his legs, age, lack of fighting in last 4 years mean he could possibly tire out in the latter rounds if he suffers body shots or any heavy blows. JCG just didnt have the power or accuracy to cause Vitali any trouble, but lets face it he got thru on many occaisions. If that had been combined with real power it would have been interesting to see how it turned out. Oh and he got cut yet again, albeit on the scalp, but his skin is succeptible to cuts. P.s. good win for vitali, i believe he is better than Wlad!
I think we would have to say who did Haye ever beat at this weight Monte Barrett?...please...Haye would be lucky to get a title shot and Gomez is still a tricky southpaw...Vitali made him look uneffective
LOL @ the people who voted "Haye KO". Let's think about this logically. Vitali's only two losses were because of injuries. Vitali has never even been knocked down. Vitali is 6'7" or 8" and 250lbs, is a heavy hitter and has a granite chin. And you think a blown up cruiserweight who hasn't even fought one truly top 10 heavyweight will be the guy who knocks him OUT?
