Why the hell do they seem to be the only fighters who seem to take more crap for the fact they won.

No matter HOW they win, it will never be good enough for a lot of the people here.

They almost always get TKO's or KO's. They are always in shape.

...and universally they always take **** on the ESB after a win how they weren't impressive enough. :patsch

Vitali didn't impress me at all today, Gomez is no better than Peter, a little harder to hit, but not as powerful as Samuel. I actually think Wlad would of knocked out Gomez quicker, which I hate to admit. Vitali looked extremely slow and lumbering, but given how bad his oppenent was, he was able to look like **** and still get the job done. Credit for winning, but he gets very little for style points.

See again, taking **** for winning.

Yeah, he dominated the fight and all.. but he should of KO'd him quicker. What a bull**** argument. He DOMINATED a good fighter. End of story.

Gomez punched like a girl half the time, did you see the man's punching technique? He threw more slaps than Joe Calzaghe did against Hopkins. I give Vitali credit for winning, but it wasn't like his oppenent put up much of fight. Gomez chin sucked just like I said it would, and it took Vitali a little too long to expose it imo, if he would of turned his back to Peter like he did to Vitali, the guy would still be the hospital right now.

The klitschko's are white, educated, and non-american. That is why
they will aways get sh-t on these boards and from american sports writers.

Don't you think Gomez performance had anything to do with what Vitali did to him? Who has Gomez faced that has like close to Vitali style? Gomez won't turn his back on Peter the way he did to Vitali cause of styles. Peter doesn't stand 6'7 that will use his height advantage. If Gomez fought Peter i would put my money on Gomez cause Peter is way too 1 dimensional. Gomez would outbox Peter silly.

Gomez beat a 43 yearold McCall and a fighter more limmited than Peter, in Virchis. Peter dominated Diaz, the same Diaz that knocked Gomez the **** out in the 1st or 2nd round. I'm not saying Peter wouldn't have a little trouble against him, but once he found that weak chin of Gomez, the fight would be over. Vitali did not look impressive, he looked slow on his feet, especially in the hands. He looked awkward at times, and didn't really sit down on his punches till late in the fight when Gomez was all but dead.

And? Peter was easily outbox by a way out of shape can't punch, very old James Toney in the first fight and couldn't stop Toney when Toney didn't have his legs in the rematch.

No. It is common on this board. Pavlik gets crap for winning. Lockett and Rubio were mandatories, he beat the crap out of both and taking Lockett out soon wasn't good, beating Rubio till he cried and quit on his stool wasn't good either. Learn to use the ignore list. I have. It helps. When posters prove themselves to be haters, just ignore them and life is good. :D

He won the first match, before that match Toney beat WBA champion John Ruiz in much easier fashion than both Valuev and Chagaev did. Toney's has never been knocked out, and rarely down, one with which came from Sam Peter in their second bout. Sam Peter is not all that great, but neither is Gomez at Heavyweight, he looked like **** tonite.
