    CHEF,

I'm sure you and Wlad know this already, but this whole Haye situation is ******ed. IMHO I think Wlad should have fought Arreola in May which was reported they were thinking about doing, then AP in Sept. and then if Haye is still around the beginning of '10.

My point is that he is pretty much wasting time waiting for the opponent when he is the champ.

Does anyone else notice how painfully obvious it is that the haters always try to make Vitali out as the better fighter of the two? I am sure that you do, but do you know why? Well, as most of you know most of the Klitschko haters were huge Lewis fans. It's obvious why they hate the brothers as Vitali pushed Lewis into retirement. Now, they walk a thin (and also slightly ******ed) line of bashing Vitali, talking about what a great win it was for Lewis, and also acting like Vitali is so much better than Wlad. It is so they can use this line.... "An old, out of shape, and unprepared Lewis beat the better of the two in his prime". It's honestly sad how transparent these people are. They try to convince anyone and everyone that Vitali is better just so they can go back and use Lewis' win over Vitali in '03 as a way to piggy back his greatness over Wlad.

I'm not a "hater" and I think Vitali's the better of the two. Wlad is more versatile a boxer but Vitali is a lot tougher, has the mean streak and is all around just more effective. If the two of them fought I think Vitali would batter Wlad.

  11. Vitali pushed a 37 year Lewis man into retirement :nut

Is that a good thing or bad ??

Why are you acting like Lewis primed out when he was 25 or something? Lewis didn't even become the recognized Champ until he was 34 years old for ****'s sake. I remember so many people including Lewis proclaiming that he was "aging like fine wine" all way up until the bell rang against Vitali.:yep

Can you point to some examples of boxers saying before fights that they thought they were shot, a bit past it, over the hill, etc, by way of contrast?
