Calvin Brock is not the kind of fighter that Holmes, Berbick or Spinks were, just to name a few. They all were more durable and Tyson stopped them much earlier and KO'd them outright.

 

That is a little too simplified. I think what really is important is momentum.
In a physics forumla it is defined as "mass (in pounds) times speed". Clearly Pacman hits faster than Kltischko, but I would still rather take a punch from Pac.
As for Tyson, he mostly threw power punches in combinations. So he was probably able to land harder (as in the definition above) and more importantly more shots than Klitschko in a fixed intervall of time.
However if you take the punchmeasuring machine from Rocky 4(?), where single punching power is measured, I think Klitschko would have the edge.
