After watching this, can anyone honestly tell me that David Haye has no chance against Wlad?

    [yt]YboPBVOHn9Q[/yt]

Corrie Sanders had fast hands and explosive power, that's all it took. He threw caution to the wind in the first round and attacked, hurting Wlad at the end of the round and effectively killing the fight. By being reckless, he wrecked Klitschko's composure.

It was a risky strategy, trading with big wlad, but it paid off for Sanders. After that fight I always felt that someone like Sanders who was fast enough to get past that massive Klitschko jab would have some degree of success against him. I think there's evidence of that in small doses his entire career.

Anyone who's been tracking David Haye's career can tell you that he is a brawler by nature, a man who loves a tear up. Reckless would be the one word you could use to sum up his entire career thus far. My argument is, if Corrie Sanders, a 38 year old journeyman golfist, had the speed to hit Wlad at will, who says that David Haye can't? Haye is one of the quickest, most aggressive and most clinical knockout merchants in the sport, he is the perfect style of fighter to knock out Wlad.

I'm not saying David Haye is going to win, I expect he'll get knocked out most probably, but he is capable of landing the shot that'll cause the upset KO. Wladimir Klitschko hasn't seen speed like Haye's anywhere in the heavyweight division. At the very least he'll land a few of those fast right-hands on Klitschko, which is guarenteed to give us some drama.

Great fight, can't wait for it :happy

This post is 6 years too late...Wlad isn't the same fighter. With Manny Sterward's tutilege, he is now a complete fighter.

Haye has a punchers chance...that's it.

Sanders is taller, bigger, faster, and has more power than Haye. I am not convinced Haye is going to bring his power and speed to Heavyweight like some of the nuyhuggers think. Also Sanders is a Southpaw.

So, no I can't watch that video and think Haye can/will do the same thing.

Wlad was fighting a part time boxer, part time golfer, he looked passed him, an he payed,,,,if sanders fought that same way earlier that year, wlad would of been better prepared for there fight,,,he no question didn't take this guy as a threat.

Corrie Sanders is much bigger, his hands are at least as fast, he is a southpaw, and HE HITS HARD FOR A HEAVYWEIGHT.

All we know about Haye's power at heavy is that he can knock out Tomsin Bonin, and engage in a wild brawl with Monty Barret.

Also, Ther is the matter of HAYE BEING DROPPED AND STOPPED BY CRUSIERWEIGHTS. You could make the arguement that Wlad will literally kill him.

In a sense, you are right. He COULD do that to Wlad. I am not dispresepcting the man. He is a unified champion in his own right, and he had proven himself in the boxing world.

But lets be realistic. If he has anything like the physical tools of Corrie Sanders, he has not showed them,

That's kinda what i'm saying though, Haye is a puncher, and he's the exact type of fast power-puncher who could give Wlad trouble. I don't think he's gonna outbox Wlad, and i also think he's at risk of being KO'd too, but he does have a good chance of landing something big early on and wrecking Klitschko's gameplan!

Kiltschko is a methodical fighter, he likes to control the fight at his pace, using his size and his jab. Haye likes to brawl, pure and simple, and is a very hard thing to "contain", if you know what I mean. This, along with Haye's superior handspeed and better reflexes, mean that I expect that Haye WILL be able to land on Wladimir during the fight.

The question is, will Haye take out Wladimir before Wladimir takes out him??

Yeah... I mean that fight was only about 3 months ago. It isn't as if the fight was 6 years ago and Wlad has a new style and trainer or anything. Some people would probably lead you to believe that he has actually gotten better since that fight.

I am a big Wlad fan, but you gotta be real about it. Haye is a lunging, fast as hell, power puncher.

He most certainly has a chance. I favor Wlad to knock him out, but Haye is a real threat, yes.

Haye needs to go ape **** in round 1 and 2 like Sanders did and throw it all kinda like Sanders did. Haye does have a chance for sure, but Wlad is just to good right now imo
