It's been known for years by hard-core fans that Valero can box. Don't be fooled by his wild KO's on youtube. Eric Morales and Barrera would tell you he could box as far back as 2004.

Indeed. I would be shocked if Khan's handlers EVER agreed to this fight, frankly.

But I'd love to see that china chin get shattered!

I need to see Valero in with a decent boxer, hopefully his next fight can give us some indication to his boxing ability. His mad style will come to an end when someone gives him a boxing lesson.

If you don't think he can box as well as punch, then ya just don't know.

Valero is like 5'6 , Khan a big lightweight at 5'10, Khan would keep this little fool at range and pick him off all night with his great hand speed. Khan would knock his little ass out in 5 round Via K.O.

He has 187 in his name, so he's Muslim. Therefore, his opinion on Khan is null and void.

Khan has advantage in height, footwork, speed and skills....Valero has no skills but has very powerful punch....I think this is a good match, either one could win this..And besides both fighter are top prospects in LW....

Its not really a dumb post...Khan really do have height and speed advantage, and if he can improve his defense, I think valero will have a difficult fight..In Khan-Barrera fight, Khan did a good job in avoiding Barrera's power punches, though he sometimes drop his hands..

Khan is fragile. He'd fold badly. Prescott's power is nothing compared to Valero and yes Valero has a lot more skills than you know. Khan does not have much power.

I think you're just a Khan fanboy. How Khan can be hyped again for beating a totally shot Barrera I'll never know.
