nobody really knows how good valero is because he's been knocking over tomato cans in japan. can't see it happening its another prescott situation a KO artist who's unknown. big risk little reward for warren and khan, plus valero has a brain injury from a bike accident and won't pass our stringent medical tests and i can't see it being held in the states where both are uknown especially valero who's only licensed in one state

Valero is fighting for the vacant WBC title 4/4/09, if he wins, it be a good fight between him and Khan in the states.

    Prescott all over again.

Valero is slightly more known, although he too has been fed a steady diet of bums to build up his KO record...same end result.

Valero 5'6 , Khan 5'10, again fighting at range will be the key using that long fast jab, and fast feet. Valero wont know whats going on , Khan will be in out fast keeping at range.

Lads you can talk about Valero fighting cans but he has a hell of a lot more on his record than Khan does. I think Valero sparks him mid to late while trailing significantly on the cards

Valero has how many victims in tyhe 1st? Regardless of their pedigree, they are still human beings. Khan gets clipped, he goes back to lala land!
But Roach etc feels confident with khan as he has weight, height, reach advantage. I would even say speed. But Khan's foot work is still shabby and he is stiff in some sense.

Valero loves to bully, hurt and seduce his opponent into a thrillng gorilla type knock out, kapow!!

Khan has still yet to prove he can do what he did against Barrera against young, fresh opposition. He has also yet to prove he can do it for a sustained period, past 5 or 6 rounds when speed starts to wear off, when his opponent can actually have the benefit of two working eyes.

We'll see. My guess is Valero gets to him eventually, one thing is for sure nobody is scared of Khan's power so its a case of just waiting for him to slow down and then stalk him. One shot and good night! :hey

Khan would finish this guy inside 6 rounds because of Valero low hands and is so easy to hit/counter. This will be a beatdown from a bigger, faster guy.
