Margarito Investigation Concluded...according to official

Wrong again.....there is a state procecutor involved in the Margarito hand wrap case, and it is they, not the CSAC who have the wraps to be analyzed in a California state lab with tax payer money......
......if it were the CSAC doing the testing, they'd have completed the testing by now, since they would be the one's paying for it.....but it was announced at the hearing that the testing would be done at a state lab where there's a backlog of criminal cases that are more important at the moment than testing wraps that were never used in boxing match.

The state of California will do the testing in a criminal lab payed for by tax payer money, that is a fact.

 

You're absolutely correct......and at the point in time that the testing is complete....if the lab results turn up anything comparable to plaster, its instantly going to become a criminal matter, which means Margarito may be procecuted and sent to jail.....
.....obviously since this has'nt happend, it would meant that either the testing has not been completed, or the testing has been completed and nothing was found in the wraps to turn it into a criminal matter, which would mean "no plaster!"

Ok I get it. In your mind, Roach is lying, Richardson is lying, the CSAC is lying, Mosley's Doctor is lying, and "honest" Antonio is telling the truth. In your mind everybody is lying but Margarito. Give it up. BTW, I haven't seen Barrera deny it....hmmmmmmm:huh

 

The same can be said about you!~ I have known you to be on this forum for about as long as I remember, back when I had another user name, so long ago I dont even remember my other alias, anyhow, I think its safe to say, that you cant convict someone of anything illegal with out actual evidence, you have to have Proof and so far all we have is old gauze.

Unless the results from the lab come back to prove other wise, all we have is gauze that has been previously used.

Yeah most of his fans are crybabies but maybe that is the way Cotto likes it, I mean its either admit you got your ass beat and quit fair and square, or have your cry baby fans cry foul, I think Cotto with his plucked eyebrows and his queerish glances at his friends in camp indicate he might be cut that way. who knows.

 

Alot of you guys in a rush to judgement are of the opinion that what Margarito was attempting to put on his wraps had an unfair potential to turn Mosely's face a mess, as Margarito's fists turned Cotto's.....

.....I'm saying that to date, there is'nt a shred of evidence that would back that claim up.
If there was, this would have already turned into a criminal matter, and that has'nt happened yet because its yet to be proven one way or the other what was in those wraps.

Alot of you guys are rushing to judgement and apparently from what I've read in the 30+ pages of this thread, dont give a hoot or even want to know what was in the wraps......
......sounds like one of those old western movies with a story line of the lead character being found at the scene of the crime and nothing else matters....the whole town wants to lynch him without as so much a trial and the plain hard facts coming out.


To those that dont need to hear anything else from the CSAC and would take that commisions ruling at face value without hearing all the facts and what was in the wraps.......
I ask you.......if Margarito did something so terrible, why has'nt this yet been turned into a criminal matter and Margarto been booked????

Believe me, if they had found plaster in those wraps Margarito would have been booked by now, and if the lab results are still pending and they find plaster, there is no question in my mind that Margarito will be called down to police headquarters to get booked!

 

Good post very true. and your right he hasnt been booked or had charges officially filed yet, so until that happens really we dont have anything against Margarito other than hear say.
