Michael Grant has one of the worst heavyweight chins i've seen. He'll get knocked out by anyone with a KO record if he comes back
Goddamn Grant is only 34 trs old....... He also only has THREE stoppage losses on his record that I know of.... Them were against: "Lewis, McCline & Guinn." If Michael Grant can pull his head out of his ass and get a grip on things, I think he can still be a force in the division....... However, he has really jacked-off the last several yrs.... MR.BILL:bbb
McCline really just knocked him down, Michael Broke his ankel due to the fall, yes its a stoppage but I wouldnt say its up there with the Lewis and Guinn Kayos.
Bum?:nono He may not have gotten a title, but how can you call this man a bum? He has done so much more in boxing than most people could dream of.
When he was in his prime, he failed every time he stepped up (with the exception of Golota, but it was rather Golota fault). His chin didn't improve, and his defence is not better either. The only difference I see is that he got more heavy, and I do not mean muscles. Why should he do better than last time?
I'm beginning to think you have a real weak spot for 90s HWs Ya know...why not Grant vs Tua? Neither one is exactly ranked high enough to be above the other and if these old fogies are still fighting, Might as well match em up against one another and get rid of the chauffe. Hell why not do a "Night of the HWs" card on something like FSN or Versus. After all both networks seem prone to showcasing old past it heavies (FSN had Toney vs Rahman, Versus has Toney vs Oquendo). Something such as: James Toney vs Ray Austin Michael Grant vs David Tua Hasim Rahman vs John Ruiz Losers retire and are banished to boxing obscurity.
he can get ktfo'd by any top 15 hvys, thats one thing he can do..His chin makes Wlads look like IRON.. He gets blasted by most top 20..
Haye should fight Grant as quickly as he can, so everyone will see a spectacular KO, and build up Haye better than ever. But, Haye is probably worried secretly of something happening wrong against Grant, and derailing his opportunity for big real money. If Haye was really good, he should be mowing down HW after HW, putting on a clinic and putting fear in the Klitschkos. But, he just uses his Enzo, Barrett resume as the clinic, and just leaves it at that.
