Boxers KO'd outside the ring

Remember Nigel Benn's former friend, "Rolex Ray", who's face appeared on the front pages of the tabloids, sewn up with like 150 stitches after being twatted with an ashtrash.

 

Tyson's career was KO'd outside the ring...not by an average Joe, but
by a hot chick who said " Yes " then said " No " after the horses were out

Hatton got jumped when he was in japan or somewhere in asia..haha..they took his watch and all his jewlery

 

There are also congenital fighters, who do not need much training to be tough down the street. Also, mostly when you are in the pub you're drunk and thats chance seriously odds against you.

Also there are lot of dudes who are training something other combat sport not so seriously, but still... Many boxers cant (is not accustomed) to receive kicks.

Was going to get resolved but was warned off.

There were also a few boxers killed around here that I started a thread about. One, a decent up and comer was working the door in Ashton (next town to Hyde) and was shot dead for something or other, the typical reason doormen always get shot or stabbed probably and there was another, much younger lad who looked like he could be a real talent a few years down the line. Unfortunately that talent was taken from him when he was stabbed to death walking him in Hyde one night. So many ****ing scumbags about. You learn such a worthy and brave art as boxing but nowadays there are too many cowards who want to prove something and will put a bullet through you or a knife in you. Absolute ****ing ****s in this country! Well, America too! America is even more cowardly with using guns and avoiding fists at all costs (with all due respect to the USA but I know you agree with me. At least most Americans do).

There was that other boxer who was just on the verge of making a name for himself too. The guy who was shot dead in a club in London because he politely asked a couple of scum gangsters to put their cig out.

Horrible, horrible ****s!! I can't even call them evil, they are just pathetic.


What about Eamonn McGee?! **** me! He has a ****ing story behind him!! Kneecapped by the IRA (or was it the UDA?) and wasn't he shot, too?

Mikey Gomez had a habit of getting into fights around Manchester. Got himself stabbed once and then killed a guy (manslaughter) when he knocked him out.

There are a few ex boxers around England that I can think of that have been arrested (not always imprisoned) for killing someone on a night out by not realising that the vast majority of people cannot take their punch.

 

It was Hatton. Not Ricky though. I know this for sure because I was in the pub, I know the lad who did it and he explained the whole thing to me and... well, every ****er knows round here.

It was ****ing bang out of order though. Mat was having a **** and J cracked him from behind, knocking him down and then proceeded to kick the **** out of him. Matt would have battered him if it had been invited.

 

I've seen Naz at a snooker hall in Shef. He was defo not with a load of hard men, just a couple of mates who didn't look anything to be worried about. Though, saying that, neither did Naz, really, did he?

Do you remember the three lads who were shot dead in the Essex countryside in a Range Rover a few years back? It was quite a big story because the motive was completely unknown and they had no idea who did it for a while (I still think they have the wrong guys). They made two films about it, Essex Boys, which is pretty **** and the very good Rise of the Footsoldier.

Anyway, one of the gang who had his face spread across the car (shotgun - you should see the autopsy pics, never seen anything so vicious and gruesome!) was a good mate of Nige and walked him into the ring. It was suggested that Nigel Benn was part of the Essex Boys gang but it seems much more likely that he was just an aqauntence. Probably just someone they hung around for glamour.

 

Mexico, not Asia and they didn't take anything. They had no weapons and were scared off by Rick and his mates kicking off. They thought they were American tourists who apparently don't ever try and resist a mugging in South America (probably wisely).

It's pretty daft to just make things up, partly based on truth.

 

id say rees as well but who knows, thing is tho boxers will lose their licenses if they fight out of the ring wont they.
