How would these fights play out Gerald Mcclellan at 160 or 68?

A fight Pavilk how would he fare.
A fight with Abraham how would he fare.
A fight with Sturm how would he fare.

The G-man was proven at world level, and his power was absolutely devastating. He faced bigger punchers than all these guys in Julian Jackson and knocked him out twice. I think Gerald wins all of these three, and by knockout. He would have the most problems with Pavlik, who can actually box fairly effectively if he has a stationary target, but he would eventually get Pavlik and then it's lights out. Sorry for the brief explanation.

No need to be short, I actually think you're right. I have a hard time finding a way he loses any of those fights. He may have a tough time with Pavlik or Sturm (who might make himself hard to find) but overall I think McClellan wins.

I'll agree and say he stops all three. He had power and quick hands to go with it, not to mention a very good chin. I'm not confident in any of those guys to outbox him for 12 ronuds because they sure as hell aren't stopping him. Abraham has the best chin but he'd be too stationery, and if he takes rounds off and his work rate is as low as it usually is he's going to be shipping some huge punches.

Pavlik can box a bit more but he's still a come forward guy, and I think McClellan would knock him out relatively early as with Abraham.

In fact he may have the most trouble with Sturm, being that he might move around the ring more and is probably the best natural boxer of the lot, but he's still getting knocked out eventually.

One of the biggest mysteries in Boxing history for me is how Benn survived that opening round. For the rest of the fight, Gerald didn't really land much clean and flush, but he hit Benn on the temple several times in the first and Nigel was out of it. Considering Benn's biggest weakness was probably his punch resistance, getting sparked by a Watson jab and stopped by Eubank, how is it that one of the hardest hitting Middleweights of the last 30 years couldn't stop him. I think sometimes fighters will just refuse to yield.

He beats all 3 but Abraham would give him problems, and he's the only one that has a chance of pulling out a decision win.

AA has the only shot at beating him. Its a slim chance but he's got one punch KO power so he could have caught G-man. However, my money would be on the G-Man.

I disagree. Abraham has no clue what to do whenever an opponent stands up to his power. Gerald would blast Arthur out of there inside 6 rounds, it would be the slippery Sturm and the size and power of Pavlik that would cause the most problems for G-Man, who I see passing both tests.

Sturm get takin out in 1 or 2 rounds.

Pavlik might last a little longer but I dont seeing him making it past the 6th.

Abraham on the other hand has a great chin and a solid defence I say he last the distance but his low work rate takes him out of the fight.

Because of Abrahams chin and punching power, I'm tempted to think he might make for an interesting brawl with Mclellan, but really I think the G-man was in a different league power wise and probably stops AA in the mid rounds.

Strum and Pavlik would be lucky to see the end of the first round. In Pavliks case, not because I think he's ****, I don't - just because he always goes forward and that would suit Mclellan.

IMO Sturm would have the best chance to beat him as G-Man only lost to that kind of fighters at 160...

He beats them all possibly all by stoppage.

He beats all three. AA would go first due to trying to find out how much power G-Man has. Pavlik would last due to boxing some, but would eventually get caught. Sturm would last much longer due to putting on his running shoes and I could see him being stopped by a huge body shot.
