If the two best boxers in the world are in the same weight class and based on their styles a match up between the two would most likely be boring to watch even to the most hard core boxing fans should the fight be made?
I can't imagine the most hardcore boxing fans ever being bored watching a P4P ranked fighter practice their craft.
I'm trying to think of what great fighters would make a boring match up? It would obviously have to be two pure boxers(2 brawlers would be good to watch as would a brawler versus a pure boxer) A Mayweather V Pernell Whitaker would have a lot of posing but its a fight i'd love to see. I think the fight would be made even if the critics thought it would be boring. The fighters would demand it to prove who is the best. At least that is what i would like to think
Although i don't really see how the 2 best boxers in the world going at it can be boring even with a horrible clash of styles i will play along with the old hypothetical game. I say yes, even if it bores you to tears you'd want to know who is no.1 right? And how could you know its gonna be THAT boring until its happened, nothing is certain til its happened so it might just turn out bette than expected! Is there hypothetical trash talk in the build up or in this scenario is all that boring as **** too?
Of course. Otherwise they'd be shredded on boxing boards for ducking each other. NOTHING worse than that.
