Maybe he didn't. I wanted to reply to his post but couldn't find it. Anyway, I would like to share this information to Finito and others who will care to know. It was the SPANIARDS and not the HISPANICS who colonized an archipelago in Southeast Asia which later became the PHILIPPINES. There is a big difference between the terms Spaniards and Hispanics. The former refers to the people of Spain while the latter refers to Americans of Spanish or Portuguese descent and to the people of various Latin American countries. Indeed, the Spaniards colonized and oppressed the natives or early Filipinos for more than 300 yrs but it isn't true, in fact it is even idiotic to say or presume that the Filipinos did not fight back. The Spanish colonization was marred by more than 100 pocket revolts in different parts of the archipelago, the last one, the Katipunan revolution, a full scale revolution successfully drove away the colonizers at the turn of the 20th century. Yes Finito, the Filipinos are not such cowards and heartless that you want the people here to believe. The bravery of Filipino soldiers is known to the older generation of Koreans, thousands of them gave up their lives in defending your freedom from your own communist cousins during the Korean war in the 50's. Thanks to those brave Filipino soldiers, you are now enjoying your freedom and obviously you thought it includes the freedom to ridicule their descendants. How ironic.:-(

Pac has made a name off fighting boxers who were worn down by wars in the ring, past it, or about shot. That's my one issue with him. He should fight one young prime fighter.

Do you think it's funny that hundreds of thousands Filipino civilians were massacred by Japanese soldiers during the war? OMG! You even called me ignorant for my action. What is ignorant about depending your people's honor and culture? Was Mandela ignorant in speaking against apartheid policies of his country? Is the US Congress as well as the legislative bodies of other countries ignorant when they enacted affirmative laws for their indigenous people? Were the leaders of early years ignorant when they sought the abolition of slavery and racial discrimination? I know you had a good intention of cutting all the shits and trashes being posted in the board and I admire you for that and I also hope that you will continue doing so. Perhaps you'll just have to be more careful in choosing the words you will use.

I have not observed that but perhaps it's because I am relatively new here. If your observation was accurate then I would not blame you for thinking that way. Just hope you don't consider my later posts as something equal to "moaning" and crying "poor us" to the mods for certainly, they aren't.
