If Wlad beats Haye and beats him soundly, he should have an argument for being ranked in the Top 10 P4P.

Wladimir Klitschko is certainly close to a p4p rating, but Vitali isn't there yet. In a couple year's time Vitali could be there though.

Vitali's only defeat came at the hands of the third or fourth greatest heavywt of all time, a fighter who IMO would take Holmes prime for prime.

And while Holmes is considerably better than Klitschko on any ATG scale due to his resume and accomplishments, I wouldn't give him any more than at best a 50-50 chance head to head against Vitali.

Why don't you get your sorry ass back to the Jones thread and the post you've run from twice.

Try supporting some of the **** you spew like a broken record rather than ****ing off every time you get called to account.

Vitali and Vlad are truly great champions. Vlad will knock Haye out and Vitali will knock out his next opponent. Maskaev will be an easy defense if he has to fight him. They should just keep on cleaning out the heavyweight division, the top ten.

I have seen more fights than you have ever thought about and I know plenty about the sport of Boxing. This guy did not even know simple Heavyweight Boxing history. I corrected him, but I am then one that has no credibility?:rofl:patsch

Maybe you are just mad that your username is based after a Glass Jawed joke?

Surely, you should have to actually defeat a very good fighter before you can be ranked in the P4P Top Ten? :huh

I'll give you nine, because I go back-and-forth on who should be #10.

    # 9 - Vic DARCHINYAN

    # 8 - Ricky HATTON

    # 7 - Rafeal MARQUEZ

    # 6 - Shane MOSLEY

    # 5 - Israel VASQUEZ

    # 4 - Miguel COTTO

    # 3 - Bernard HOPKINS

    # 2 - Manny PACQUAIO

    # 1 - Juan Manuel MARQUEZ

Hard to come up with ten that actually match your stated criteria?

Marquez's win over a 'very good fighter' presumably being Vazquez, but then that was stopped on a injury and has been avenged twice over since.

Cotto's win over a 'very good fighter' would be Mosley - scrappyish points decision over someone that wasn't being mentioned in P4P discussions at the time?

Let me preface what I am about to type. I think P4P is the gayest **** in Boxing. It is fantasy, mythical, conjecture, and rarely if ever proven in the ring.

But, according to the precedent that you nuthuggers set ie: dominating a division and beating your opponents it is impossible to not include Vitali Klitschko. The guy has lost a handful of rounds in his career has scored a (T)KO in all of his victories but one. If that is not pound for pound I don't know what the hell is. He does not just beat people he dominates them. There is not one fighter in the World or any weight class that could beat Vitali Klitschko. You claim his size disqualifies him. He has been out weighed several times in his career.

Now saying all that anyone who believes in the so called rules and precedent(s) set by P4P is a fool if Vitali Klitschko is not listed.

Vitali's resume is a little better than absolutely ****. He has dominated and defeated a lot of fighters, but if those fighters are no good, what does that prove about Vitali?, other than he can dominate and defeat fighters who are no good to begin with. Put him in there with a legit fighter and THEN we'll see if he is in the P4P elite.
