Although a weak era(as has been the case more times than not historically with HW's)most of those average fighters held a title at one time or another.

Not bad choice, but I think the Hide win should be in there. very impressive against a slick speedster (with shaky chin, admittedly)

williams when focused is a dangerous fighter. but maybe i should have replaced him with gomez now that i think about it. or remove donald.

What's pathetic is the desperate attempt to diminish those wins from the peanut gallery :hi:

You can make a case for alot of prominent fighters and not just HW's.

Far too much hate around here.

I think you could pretty much tear down any great Heavyweights resume, but in Wlad's case you got to at least give him credit for beating whoever is put infront of him, even though the Heavyweight division is the laughing stock of boxing these days. I think Wlad and his brother are the best Heavyweights after the Lewis era, and if their primes were fought during the 90's neither one would hold onto their belts for long, especially the weak chinned Wlad.

The wins don't need any diminishing that the whole point, also people chat **** about wlad and vitali beating whats in front of them well how come they were not fighting the best guys before vitali fought lewis. I would say wlad is taking on the best around at the moment but that doesn't make those fighters good just becuase thats all there is.

    Vitali: 1. Peter; 2. Sanders; 3. Hide; 4. Donald; 5. Gomez.

Wlad: 1. Byrd; 2. Peter; 3. Ibragimov; 4. Brock; 5. McCline or Thompson. (Brewster is left out bc he wasn't 100% fit for that fight).

I thought that you were actually going to have an entire post where you didn't throw in some nonsense about Wlad's chin. Then, I got to the end... pathetic.:-( You're like a broken record of horrible information.
