Haye Waiting For The Contract from the Klitschkos!

It has been a farce for weeks now.Why is the fight not signed this week if everything is so fine. What is holding up?

These are interesting questions and not in how many rounds Wlad gets knocked out.

You do know Haye has big domestic cards coming up and more to make being a promotor now, which could explain the hold up. He will sign, don't worry.

I'm not, the division has been Wlad's for almost exactly 3 years now, since his win over Bryd in April 06 for the IBF belt. I think division has pretty much stayed the same since, and Wlad has yet to become a name in the states. I think the division needs someone new to bring about new life, at the moment we are back to have 2 champions Vitali and Wlad, and people dont know who the man truly is because neither one will fight each other. I think most people agree on ESB, H2H Vitali is just too tough for Wlad and that Wlad's weak chin would not hold up against big brother, but on the other hand Wlad has been active and has beaten enough oppenents to make him number 1.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, the Heavyweight division is lacking identity, and if Haye would win he would then face Vitali to see who is the real champ. If Wlad would win, we still wouldn't know who is the best out there.

 

im a big haye fan, but one big shot from wlad and this is all over. expect a maccarinelli style fight, with the result reversed.

David Haye told Steve Bunce's Boxing Hour that Wladimir Klitschko will be an easy fight that will not last six rounds.
The fight is still not confirmed but Haye expects it to be finalised next week insisting he only needs to receive the agreed contract, sign it and send it back to Germany.
The fight is one that Haye will start off as an underdog for, but he is certain that it is one he will be superbly prepared for.
"This will be one of my easiest fights," Haye told Steve Bunce's Boxing Hour. "That seems a funny thing to say but I've been studying him for so long I know exactly how to beat him. I exactly know his attribuites.
"I’m gonna whup him and look good doing it. I’m not looking at going the distance.
"I’ll be surprised if the fight goes six rounds. Unless he gets a chin operation – some steel planted into his chin – he’ll be knocked out.
"What makes it more exciting and mean more is that I’ve come straight from cruiserweight and will blast him out."
Haye admitted there were times that he didn't think the fight would happen and believes the younger Klitschko brother has been shamed into taking the bout.
"Everything's been agreed, all we need is the Klitschkos to send me a contract and I’ll sign it and send it back," Haye added.
"It's dragged out for one reason or another. I said I don’t care where the fights happens. I’ll fight in Ukraine.
"The way negotiations were going I thought they were looking for a way out. He’s been shamed into making it happen. There’s no other fight out there. He makes more money fighting me than anyone else."
Haye insists the delay will not affect his preparations.
"I’m a professional athlete - I always maintain good shape all year round," the former WBC/WBA/WBO cruiserweight champion said.
"We’ll still have 12/13 weeks before the fight.
"I’m ticking over, as it gets closer to the fight I’ll pick [the training] up."

Good to hear him sounding confident but there is too much bull**** before every fight about who won't sign and is holding things up that I take it with a pinch of salt now, whoever is saying it.

Haye is usually pretty good with his predictions though, when he says he has a gameplan he usually gets it right.

 

If this does happen, this will be like the Austin fight, wlad just need to use his left, an finish the job,, who ever believes less did not see the punch that put hayes down against barrett,,,,,,,,3 rounds at the most
