I agree with that as well but what I am saying is if Floyd is so good, he shouldnt have needed a weight drained DLH to get this done.
To be as aggressive as he was against Gatti? Are you saying the Oscar he fought was no better then Gatti? Floyd at times was aggressive but preferred to be defensive. You're not going get many Gatti like performances from Floyd. Specially as he moves up in weight.
I conceded that they were both dirty fighters. Why can't you concede that Hopkins is the more skilled fighter here and call it even?
Oh, he is definately in their plans all-right. Arum knows exactly what he's doing, and that's trying to entice Mayweather into a fight by saying he isn't a draw.
Basically it breaks down to this. Floyd had Oscar so exhausted that his heart almost exploded yet was reluctant to let his hands go, while Pac beat the **** out of Oscar from the first second the bell rang to start the fight.
true people tend to forget floyd was a natural SFW, people that bash on him and call him a runner are usually those people who don't know **** about boxing. Did people called floyd a runner when he was still at the lower weights? No Floyd is a defensive minded fighter and thats how he plays:good
Blah Blah Blah. That's all fine and good but what happens when Pac steps foot in the ring with PBF I'll tel ya he gets a boxing lesson?:hi:
You said that people forget that Floyd started out as a SFW. Well, what did Pac start out as? And the mother ****er still puts beatdowns on folks.
I think Arum just does not want to give Floyd anymore of an opportunity to make money off one of his prized possessions in Manny, it makes sense to me, I wouldn't give Mayweather a chance, simply because he should be fighting true welterweights not fighters coming up in weight. Go fight Mosley.
