Its not looking good for Margarito, but I'm going to wait for a response from the Margarito team before I say if he should be banned for life or not..... .....I'm baffled as to why the substance reported to be plaster, had not hardened even to the date of the hearing.....thats something that needs to be explained by the CSAC..... ....certainly I think now that Margarito and his team will want their own experts to examine the wraps...... If its beyond a doubt plaster, I'd say the commision should move for a lifetime banishment.....but in light of that God awful way that they allowed the wraps to leave there sight and for Richardson to walk away with them and let several people handle them.....I'm afraid a lifetime banishment is not going to wash..... If its indeed plaster, its likely that the one year suspension is all that Margarito will get..... .....prosecuting Margarito in a court of law just is'nt going to stand.....in fact, Margarito can very well appeal for the whole accusation to be thrown out and he to be reinstated immediately based only on the fact that that wraps were not handled properly by the inspectors. Lets now see what Capetillo and Margarito have to say about this!
