Is puking normal the first time?

    He made you do squats and such before showing you how to stand or how to throw a jab? Is he an aerobic boxing trainer? Anyway I have a friend who always pukes when he pushes himself. Even after months of training he still does it, so bring a bag and some mouthwash and have fun :bbb

    Most good coaches know that the majority of boxers don't have the discipline to work out and get in shape on their own. So a lot of gym do a conditioning workout before they do any boxing. That's how our club is. The first 45 minutes to an hour is conditioning.

    ...and our coach has made several guys puke. Two, just last week in fact.

    My gyms the same way. Except for Friday and Sunday. On those days it's stretch, warm up, and spar.

    Yes he made me do squats and all of the other stuff before throwing a jab. Hes just a regular boxing trainer. I'll have to remember the Listerine. :verysad

    I've trained for 3 days and I haven't puked, but I've come very close to puking working out in the past. Push it too hard and it'll happen. Don't worry, you're not dying most likely.

    You've got some balls.
