I'm happy to see AA get his mando out of the way, but not doing it in the USA is a major **** up. Also, there was some chance of Forrest pulling off an upset. There is almost no chance of Lorenzo doing that.

The Martinez camp got really pissed over the Forrest-Abraham negotitaions. Actually the whole thing could have been Saueralnd putting arthur's name in the news knowing the fight wouldn't happen. Nothing wrong with that.

Come on, just shout it out! You want somebody, Oh Lord please, to upset Abraham!

Unfortunately Showtime doesn't seem too interested in Lorenzo, which is understandable, although I think he's a more credible MW title challenger than Mora. But since HBO or Showtime is absolutely not interested in the Latin Fake either, why not put AA-Lorenzo on the same bull**** PPV? Makes sense. The card would be stronger and the double-header is the best way to promote the biggie.

Lorenzo dropped a fight to Marquez who fought a draw with shot to **** McKart one fight before their meeting. Lorenzo is only slightly more credible than Gary Lockett! The important thing is get the mando out of the way. I was concerned that if AA fought Forrest, he could run out of time to face the mandatory, and that would get between him and KP.

    Pavlik/Mora
    Abraham/Lorenzo

    Boardwalk Hall

If the networks don't want it, a cheap independent PPV, $29.95, would do decent numbers because of KP and AA. But so far the news is Lorenzo in Germany.

    That's the spirit!!

We all know how these shits go....look at Calzaghe vs. Kessler, MAN do ya'll remember the time and tension to get that together. Wlad vs. Haye seems to have been tryin to be made for over a year now. Dawson vs. Tarver I seemed like 2 years to put together.

We just have to be patient and let the cards unfold, I say we'll get it too. Kelly wants it, AA wants it, the fans want it, sooner or later Arum and Saurland will figure this shiz out.:good

I don't know if I'd call AA hurt, but Simon sure as **** got his attention. Mostly with body shots (I feel Pav could replicate some of that), but the most surprising was Simon catching AA on the way out after letting AA bomb on him for a minute. There were SEVERAL times Simon caught AA pretty good to the chin as he was sliding out after the attack (now that I'm not sure if Pav would benefit from trying) (other than if AA tries lateral movement with his hands in the same position, cause (no he's not in AA's league, OK!!) Pav was snaggin' Lorenzo pretty good with hooks as he tried sliding laterally too.)

I am actually glad this fight is going thru:
1.Lorenzo has called out aa on a couple of ocassions
2.Lorenzo is arthurs mandatory so there will be no "ducking" or avoiding on aa's part
    3.Lorenzo is a legitimate middle
4.Forrest is NOT a legitimate middle even though he might be more dangerous then lorenzo ONLY because of his experience.
    5. If AA KTFO forrest, the excuses will start with how aa beat up on someone smaller
    6. Lorenzo beats Mora, pavliks next opponent, so there will be no reason for aa haters to claim, aa is fighting bums!
Anyway I do like this fight and if Lorenzo fights the way he did his previous fight, arthur should be aware!
