its funny how alot of ppl here can have opinions of a fighter but as soon as soon as a pro says something theres apparently an agenda behind his opinion atsch
compared to the circa 2004-2006 pac, the 2009 pac makes a lot LESS mistakes now. pac has now transformed into a boxer-puncher compared to the former slugger who only relied purely on his speed and power to KO opponents. hatton also makes a lot of mistakes. that's why he got KTFO'd by mayweather and got rocked by guys like lazcano, urango and collazo. but credit to hatton too since he made less mistakes in his most recent fight w/ malignaggi. floyd sr. surely has something to do with this. hatton will still continue improving and make lesser mistakes in the future under the tutelage of floyd sr. just like pac has steadily improved through the years under roach.
if he can get away with it, then i dont see whats the big deal is. he's had success with it so far, and even if he loses against hatton that really does'nt put a dent in his career. a lot of fighters, all time greats at that, have fought outside what the text book says.
calm down. it's obvious that you are just a plain hater. i hope kessler does well so that you would have somebody to cheer about.
Even with the mistakes he's 10x better than Kelley. Mistakes don't matter when your winning. He must be doing something right he's the best p4p.
good to see you simmer down a bit. why not give credit once in a while and you would feel better. there's a lot of hate inside you. try going out and breath some fresh air.
kelley said it, it must be true. he cherry-picked barrera, marquez and morales one after the other. :yikes
Another thread that shows how underrated PAcquiao is. Pacquiao only has the left hand and power. Pacquiao doesn't have head movement. Pacquiao doesn't like to block punches. None of these 3 statements are accurate.
true. people who are voting in agreement with kevin kelley on this one are either: 1) haven't seen the latest pac fights or 2) just plain blind. pac had developed his right hand and is using it effectively more than ever. pac does move his head not as elusive as floyd but enough to keep his opponents guessing. pac in his rematch with jmm has really a tight guard that it minimize jmm's accurate and pin-point punches. i didn't noticed this live but during replay, i noticed that many of jmm's punches were blocked by pac's high guard. of course pac does commit mistakes, but it isn't ALOT. if it was, he should have several loses by now and is not on top of the boxing world.
