barrera vs Hamed i gave it a 7 and scored it 118-111 Barrera

Barrera Morales 3 i scored it 115-113 Barrera and gave it a 9

 

Hopkins - Pavlik
Toney - Nunn
Toney - McCallum II

Three decent, entertaining fights. Was an excellent perfomance from Hopkins to beat Pavlik.

I just wish the Middlweight divison could be as good as it was back in the early 90's. The best went up against each other much more often than now. Today's MW divison is lacking.

 

Just watched Barrera-Marquez.

Thought Barrera sneaked it by a point, great fight 8/10.

 

Juan Manuel Marquez vs Julian 'the dealer' Wheeler.

Decent scrap, **** ref though, he split up a perfectly good attack by Marquez, didn't score a knockdown either way especially against Marquez, Wheeler clearly caught him and floored him but it wasn't scored and the stoppage was ****, around 8 seconds to go and it was stopped, wheeler was hurt but it was a close fight and should have being given the benefit of the doubt.

 

just watched Nelson vs Whittaker scored it 118-111 to Pete and it was a 5

 

always wanted to watch that fight couldnt really get into it, it gets boaring when whitaker makes every 1 look ammature

 

its alright fight watch it nelsons determination makes an intresting battle

i like whittakers style so he dosent bore me but i see what you mean

 

:goodGood fight that.Barerra shot himself in the foot by hitting JMM when he was down-he might have taken the round 10-9(should have been a KD and 10-8 in favour of MAB but ruled no KD for some reason)Instead JMM took it 10-8.Incidently,I had Marquez winnig but closer than the official scores

 

just watched Whittaker vs Nazaro

 

What websites do people use to buy any boxing DVD's??Found one today that had alot of DVDs of alot of fighters but looked like it had been designed by a 9 year old and looked a bit sketchy

Any advice would be appreciated.

Juan Manuel Marquez - Chris John: Very close fight and a tricky one to score, pretty boring as well. I scored it 114-113 to Chris John, I think the point deductions for JMM were justified. No robbery here for me. 4/10
