let me just put these questions out there.
how many boxers have been actually caught during illegal handwrapping?
(resto admitted after the fact so he doesnt count)

would a trainer overlooking wrongdoing be a possibility since there hasnt been much of precedence to these events?

and yes, having a good defense helps, but when you're being bricked into submission because your's is below perfect, does that justify glove loading?

    ^oops. was that bias?

You're talking out of your arse.

Cotto showed tremendous heart in that fight. Cotto pinged the living **** out of Margarito in the early going; maybe the concrete slowed Cotto down later:think.

Methinks Tony's chin will never be the same again. You can only take so much punishment before you give out. Cotto and Mosley hit that man a TON, and finally he broke.

The uppercut isn't such a key weapon once you remove the brick though.

If he was a natural savage puncher who could turn a hard man like cotto into a bloody pulp!!! there is no way he would even contemplate to himself "hmmmm hang on I need to add plaster of paris to make me an even harder puncher for the much older mosely""

of course he friggin cheated versus cotto.

Yet he or his camp cheated against Mosley, the supposedly less dangerous opponent:huh

It probably doesn't help that you have this vision in your head of Margarito's trainer placing rows of concrete blocks on his gloves. Try taking into account that it mightn't be that obvious to spot.

Yes, but Judah packs plenty of punch in the early going............and he doesn't use bricks.

I guess the Lingerie wearing flaming Chop Chop Corley had bricks in his fists to when he made Cotto do the Sauca dance.. IT was a shot to the equiliubrium but still... He was never known as a hard puncher.

    Exactly:good

I don't know why people are having such a hard time getting their heads around this concept.

    Cotto beats Mosley:good

Margarito faces Cotto (Margo and friends say: "I don't need any "extras" for this guy"):think

    Margo wins:huh

Margarito cheats against Mosley (Margo and friends say; "I'm **** scared of Sugar Shane, who struggled like a ****er against a washed-up Mayorga; I need to get me an edge with which to win..........lay on the concrete boss")

Margo gets the pan beat out of him:huh

Lol at that idiot ass mother****er saying "how did Cotto's team not see the plaster".. You dumb mother****er, Margarito had one hand wrapped and another BEING wrapped in front of CSAC officials and nobody noticed ****.. Even NAZIM HIS ****ING SELF did not "see" the plaster. The **** fell out of normal padding. The **** was concealed...mother****er do you know what concealed is? Nazim was questioning the tape and how hard the wrap felt. As if he had any idea the ****ing wraps had plaster inserts in them. ****ing ass crumbs.

I said it before, Cotto looked confused to how Margarito was hitting him when he took the knee. What if he was "man enough" and went the distance fainted and never woke up again. Please, fight him again for what? Let it go already. The verdict is in and still there is doubt in many posters eyes. If in fact the fight again, let it be for the whole purse. Winner takes all. Fight in Montreal like someone else mentioned.

If his win over Cotto was natural power then neither Margarito (or his coach) would even conceive using plaster of paris to gain extra power for the less dangerous mosely.
Its just basic logic for anyone who has a functioning brain.

Not cheat against a beast like cotto (who was in his prime) but cheat for mosely who is right at the back end of his career. Nonsense!!!!
This was just the first time he got caught .
