its a good picyure isnt it, iseen it and had to have it well collecters may have the fight, but if tehy own its their property tehy dont have to release it, in a perfect world they would. I would be intrested to see how much it might be worth if it was known where it was and the person who had it.

I guess its possible, although there must be footage elsewhere. ESPN purchased the Cayton/Jacobs collection, as reported on this site. 1000's of films are said to be in the collection. My point of view, this is no better than changing the location of the 'Titanic' by a few miles. Its still out of reach.
Mate, I remember a report from the U.S about 15 years ago.. some old lady found an original Sullivan vs Corbett program, along with complete ticket in the attic of a home. $$$$$$$$$$$$$ Instant gold amongst collectors of memorabilia... more so for the sellers. Jerome Shochet told me this.. It may well have given Jerome, the old bloke, a heart attack.
