You may very well suspect it, but you can't hold him down for doing it against Cotto without convincing evidence. There's none.. Cotto lost, Margarito went on and got exposed. If Cotto wants full redemption he should just call Margarito out for a rematch then and settle things in the ring:deal
Im not backing up Margo for being a cheater but to be fair Margarito called out Cotto to a fight in Tijuana or he said hes willing to go to his house PR. Cotto has not yet mentioned anything about a rematch in fact hes hoping Margarito gets banned for life to not have to fight him.
