very good fighter, fantastic co-commentator very good technical knowledge, always tells you what each fighter needs to do to win unlike buncey who the closest he gets to any analysis is "he needs to keep his head"

Woodhall is a great bloke, looks like he's gonna be a good trainer and makes shite commentators like jim neilly (the olympics) bearable. great ambassidor for the sport

judging by your location not a surprise, i like mcGuigan but he's better as a post fight analyst, woodhall does a great job as a blow-by-blow co-commentator.

Probably right on the location bit. McGuigan when he was a commentator at the fight instead of the studio was very good though.

woodhall has empathy for the fighters and really comes into his own when with someone like buncey who obviously hasn't got the same knowledge and talks alot of fluff.

Ishy, your pic looks like one of those posing Facebook/Myspace types.

I don't even want to know where you got that.

Its andy lee yes but im not deluded. Andy still is a good fighter but the next tommy hearnes is joke comparison. The only thing they have in common is they are tall.

Manny was a complete arsehole to put this big of an expectation on Andy after so little fights.

So what's wrong with supporting a fighter from my home country?

i didn't say there was anything wrong with it.

manny always hypes his fighters the guys got soo many roles, businessman, trainer, commentator and an unhealthy influence with HBO

i still think AL can pick up a strap though he's got all the physical attributes. so do you think he just underestimated his opponent in that loss? he took some big shoots from a tough but limited fighter.
