castillo for me,he was an absolute monster at 135 from 02-05

corrales & casamayor had great wins at 135

marquez has been awesome at 135 so far, mayweather deserves a mention also.

Castillo, for achievements/resume at the weight.

This is about who is the GREATEST lightweight of the past 10 years, not the BEST.

    There is a difference.

How..I mean he's only had 2 fights there?? I'd say Chico...Mosley if he was up there but I think he last fought at LW in 1999 so It almost wouldn't put him in this time frame....Mayweather had 4 fights at LW so I don't wanna say him....Chico by a tad!

Castillo had wins over Stevie Johnston, Cesar Bazan, Julio Diaz, Joel Casamayor, Juan Lazcano, and gave Floyd Mayweather his toughest fight, all at 135.

Despite not being the best fighter there, in terms of peak ability/talent, he had the strongest body of work at 135 of the guys mentioned.

    Shane was unbeatable at 135.

but from that list, i'll take PBF.

JLC obviously, but Floyd beat him twice so I guess thats what most are basing their picks on....

he probably based it on talent, like i did. but tbh, i would vote for castillo as #1 when it comes to their accomplishments at lightweight, followed by casamayor, corrales, then marquez.
