Valero is one of the sloppiest up-and-coming fighters I've seen in quite some time. He's done nothing to garner the esteem he seems be getting from so many here. Pitalua is going to teach him a lesson.

Even if Valero beats Pitalua it will mean little to nothing.

Even a Katsidis or shot Casamayor will beat Valero, Hell, if Soto moves up he will batter Valero to an early retirement.

Overrated power, rocked by Mosquera, need I say more?

Valero hasnt faced any really difficult opposition so it is too early to say whether or not he can handle fighting the best at lightweight. However, from what ive seen he doesnt seem very fast and he is quite easy to hit when hes coming forward. The best lightwieghts would stop him, IMO

Pituala is just another B class fighter with a good record,no offense to him. He is also only a continential champion. I wouldn't be surprise if Valero beats him; if Pituala beats Valero then I'd laugh at him for getting beat up by a 39 year old B class fighter. Flame me if you want I don't care.

A style like Valero is taylor made for Pacquiao. What happened to DDiaz and Lucero will happen to Valero if they ever fight.

I like Valero (I'm always willing to give an up and coming prospect a chance) but some of the guys here hyping here are beyond belief.

Pitalua FTR isn't a good fighter but is a fine choice for Valero's coming out party.
