Frank seems to get all his fighters a shot at the WBO belt. He can't manouvre his guys into a shot at a legit world title.

Calzaghe- He won a vacant title vs Eubank. The WBO sanctioned this fight despite Eubank having not fought at supermiddle for 2 years. Euabank was sceduled to fight @ light heavy 2 weeks earlier for EBU title vs Mark Prince.

Warrens connection or what?????lol....Joe also used the WBO to buikld up a stat freindly record in his home town. He could have left the division to face top light heavy's and get a mandatory shot vs the TOp names but decided to stay at home.

NASEEM HAMED- 17 defences WBO crown, Naseem depsit fightign at Bantam and super Bantam was made mandatory challenger for Steve Robinsons title. HOW the **** did he get a shot????ROFL

    another Warren connection.

Nicky cook vs Alex auther ----another shocker(Warren get Author to pull out of fight vs Juan Guzman 2-3 times) until he cant make the weight. lol

Johny Nelson- A great guy , but another con career, can you beleive he was WBO champ for 7 years......and you wonder why Joe Calzgahe managed a 10 year reign! lol

There are many more but its these type of organisations and promoters that con the public far too often.

I commend What David Haye Froch and Hatton are doing for the British fighters.

Other than Warren, Kohl and Arum, Golden Boy is also there and K2 (Klitschko Brothers). In fact, it's really a very international organization nowadays, not as bad is it was like 10 years ago. Since then it produced quality champions and of course produced some **** champions. At least it has a positive record in that.

To be fair to Johnnny Nelson he had an amateur record of something like 3-13 and was never even thought anywhere near good enough at one point to even win the British title so he did pretty well in the end

I think a lot of British boxers let him get away with it - they're too easy to fool with WBO belts. Why didn't Calzaghe ever stop and think, 'why aren't my mandatories rated by anyone else?'

All the organisations are just as corrupt , the WBC is in don kings back pocket FFS.

the IBF hasnt got a clue what its playing and the WBA is no better.

I dont care if it is.Before the IBF and WBO came along, the WBA & WBC were pretty much the preserve of American fighters(in the higher weights)with them mainly fighting each other and a token Euro would have a go every few years.

Plus King owned the WBC,and Arum the WBA,but that doesnt get mentioned.Because this belt is connected to a British fighter and promoter its an issue though.

The WBO in the middle classes (LM to Cruiser) is definitely Kohl- and Warrenland. Their longtime beltholders NEVER have to make mandatory defenses. No Calzaghe, no Michalczewski, no Erdei, no Dzindziruk....

The WBO in the HW is Klitschko and they claim mandatories from him (Klitschko vs. Thompson was a WBO mandatory). So they have mandatories....but not for Warren and Kohl.
