maybe Ultimate fighter only need 2-4 fighters out of the whole TV show and they are just making good TV with the other 30 guys.
The UK has no wrestling as a curriculum in schools, Gymnastics, Archery, Boxing, Volley Ball, Football, Hockey and a few others but nothing on the ground that I can think of. The culture is not to go to the ground because its a sure fire way to get back stabbed or koshed with a Buckfast bottle.

Let's be honest is a guy from the UK takes it it will be a hell of an achievement, I can't think of a better or more well rounded guy or coach than Dan Henderson, he has done everything in the sport of MMA, he's an Olympian, and when it's all said and done he will be a MMA hall of fame'r, ATG. Bisping is an pretty good fighter, but Henderson has x8 more experience than Bisping, if i fought in the UFC the first guy i would call to be a coach would be Henderson, I know he coached Mir before the Nogueria fight. perhaps the ultimate fighter series is to promote Bisping and get his face on TV so the fans will associate Bisping in the same leauge as Henderson to promote a guy from the UK.
