Nice list there! But I don't think I'd have Tyson in it, potentially he had it, but didn't quite achieve it. He is quite high but not quite in the Top 10. I'd probably replace him with Sonny Liston. And Foreman should definatly be that high on the list.

    1. Ali
    2. Louis
    3. Foreman
    4. Marciano (though today he'd be the greatest CW of all time)
    5. Frazier
    6. Holmes
    7. Liston
    8. Dempsey
    9. Johnson

I'm surprised so many people rate Holmes as highly when he was champ in such a weak era.

    1. Ali
    2. Louis
    3. Lewis
    4. Foreman
    5. Frazier
    6. Floyd Patterson
    7. Marciano
    8. Holyfield
    9. Tyson
    10. Larry Holmes

Actually, come to think of it, I'd rate Norton over Holmes. Prime Norton (ie., before being robbed against Ali) would have beaten Holmes. imho.

A lot of people felt that even the aged Norton beat Holmes. He only won a SD and it could easily have went to Norton.

Norton was another top fighter but the way some people trumpet Holmes win over him as one of his marquee wins you would think it was more comprehensive than it was.

It's a fair shout putting Norton above Holmes.

It depends how the 'Top 10 Heavyweights' is defined. Is it judging their reign at the top with longevity being a factor or is it how good they were in their prime?

If it was how good they were in their prime then Tyson should be in everyone's top 5
