Concepcion was the WBC World Youth SuperBantam Weght Champ then became the NABF SuperBantam weight Title holder then fought Sande Otiendo for the WBC International Featherweight Title. :deal

Yes . . . I would like to think so . . . there's no reason for him to go up to the next weight class . . . he's not having weight problem at 126 yet . . . barely one fight at 126. :D

if anything, he should move down. better fights and names at that weight. nothing interesting going on at feather really.

So then it'll be Soto vs a top rank fighter at 130 basically?

    Well....anyone got any guesses?

luevano was the perfect match for concepcion. because luevano does not his hard and his name is big enough. soto is a very bad idea for concepcion. as some of you said, this could turn out to be another boomboom bautista. they should try to get a familiar but less dangerous name for concepcion.

Antillon vs Soto would be some fun.

As per Soto-Lorenzo, I really don't think that fight is necessary. Maybe light punching 31-0 14 KOs Jose Aguiniga?

Soto vs Robert "the ghost" Guerrero would be good! He doesn't have an opponent yet at this point.

    :lol::lol:

You win the grand prize my man.

In all honesty they should try their hardest to keep conception on the card. You're talking about somebody who can become a REALLY big star sooner or later. With Pac constantly talking about retirement after a few fights, you got somebody who can recapture that sort of hot crowd and carry it into the future. He's got tons of ability and the charisma to really become somebody.

Even if it means squeezing him on the card with a relative no hoper (Orlando Solido) they should try to get him on the card.

yeah agreed but if they want to try and make a star out of him, move him down and have him get in the mix with 1 or 2 fights there. good names that he'll have a bit of an advantage over like like molitor. then move him back up for the top guys after hes established his name. at feather, theres no one with a name that he is ready to fight yet. jandaeng maybe? nah. no one.

Yeah right. Soto is being considered to defend his 130 pound title against someone else. The Concepcion-Luevano fight is out, so both fighters are off the card for now.

Concepcion has been fighting at 122 for years. He's not gonna jump two weight classes in his first ever title fight. He was already moving up to feather for the first time to fight Luevano.

I don't think I have to tell anybody how badly that sucks. Conception vs Luevano would've been his coming out party but instead he's pushed back.

That said unless they find a certified opponent for Soto you could be looking at a real stinker of a card. Hatton and Pac is an OUSTANDING main event but then you got two 4 rounders and James Kirkland against a no hoper.

    Main Event
    Pac-Hatton

    Co-Main
Humberto Soto vs Some random guy

    James Kirkland vs Mike Walker

    Koborov in a 4 rounder

    Lara in a 4 rounder
