Just because I have Eubank in my avatar doesn't mean I disagree with you (I like both fighters just as much). If you give the 2nd to Benn, Eubank' victory in the first is the more impressive victory.
I rate Watson very highly, probably the most technically sound boxer out of the 3. I rate Eubanks ability higher than Benn's but Benn goes down with the greater legacy for testing himself against the better competition abroad and seemingly more willingness to fight the best.
Well said I love Eubank and what a chin that man had!! Benn and Eubank were made for each other in the ring and there personalities out of the ring too made the fights all the better. I am gutted that the fights were before my time but I have them on DVD. Now Watson I think was possibly the be better fighter out of the 3 just a shame it ended how it did for Michael. If you haven't read Watson's autobiography then do so its a really good honest read
McClellan was overrated. Despite this, Benn should have the superior legacy. However, legacies lie. Despite the fact his legacy is only slightly superior to Eubank's, I deem him the FAR superior fighter.
Benn, it has to be. His victories are far superior, and his loss against Eubank actually made him a far better fighter later on. He became a boxer-puncher rather than just a slugger. ask the Yanks: they'll have only one answer to this, which shows the impact Benn made in boxing's major country.
