Mab did'nt really opiniate on whether the punishment for Margarito was just or not, just that it should be at the World level.......

.....as for Capetillo, MAB's statement was that he should'nt be allowed to form a team in boxing ever again.

I've actually read a few articles quoting latin trainers stating that Capetillo's punishment should be alot more severe than Margarito's, who may or may not have known.
